Why You Might Be Here
You may be searching for something—an understanding, answers, or a direction to look in. Perhaps you’re wanting to release what no longer serves you, or make space for something new that’s ready to emerge. I support individuals on their journeys toward health and wholeness, tending to personal, ancestral, and collective wounds with care and intention.
Who I Am
I am a Queer, Indigenous Australian and South Sea Islander woman (Juru, Birri Gubba, Moa, Vanuatu descendant), and I have been living in Toronto since 2009. I’ve spent over a decade working in social services in both Australia and Canada, supporting individuals navigating a wide range of life challenges. I have completed the three-year Somatic Experiencing® training and am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I am currently training in Kathy Kain’s Somatic Touch Work. My work is increasingly informed by the energetic and healing practices rooted in my ancestral lineages. I practise from an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and LGBTQ-positive lens.
How I Work Somatically
My practice weaves somatics, energetics, and spirituality to promote embodied aliveness, connection, and deeper presence. Working with me may be a good fit if:
You have already done therapy or are currently in therapy
You want to build or deepen your embodied relationship to yourself and your life
You are seeking to strengthen your connection with ancestors, land, and community
You are ready to dream, imagine, and create new possibilities into being
Professional Notes
I am not a psychotherapist or a registered social worker. I am a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals and receive regular supervision to support my practice.
